Carlos Ledesma has lived in Puerto Vallarta for 37 years, of which he worked in timeshare sales for 24 years as Project Director in companies such as Marriott Vacation Club, Fiestaamericana Vacation Club, Vistana Vacation Club, Sheraton Vacation Club. In 2005 I started my stage as a full-time sales agent selling Peninsula Vallarta with Lemmus Real Estate, later I worked at Paradise Village Real Estate for almost 12 years selling all the projects of this developer in projects such as El Tigre Country Club & Golf, Los Tigres Residencial, Karakal , Marina Residences, Grand Marina Villas, Ocean Vista, Playa Vista and Playa Royale, in addition to selling in all these projects, I had several listings, some in these last projects and in Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.
