Aunque esta cifra es ligeramente superior a la del cuarto trimestre de 2022, sigue siendo m\u00e1s de un 30 % inferior al m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico alcanzado en el segundo trimestre del a\u00f1o pasado, cuando se registraron ventas por 1.420 millones de pesos. Es importante se\u00f1alar que el aumento en las ventas durante ese per\u00edodo se debi\u00f3 probablemente a la demanda acumulada como resultado de la cautela de los compradores durante la pandemia de COVID-19.
