My name is Ever Alcaraz, and I am a real estate specialist.  Achieving success over my lifetime has been a journey.  As long as I can remember, I have been a go-getter, starting at the age of 9 mowing lawns door to door.   I didn’t know it then, but working to help others would be at the root of my personal development.

Over the last years, I have worked with many clients, and have learned to do my best to meet their expectations and desires.  I previously worked for United Airlines as a Customer Service Representative for 8 years.  During that time, I was able to hone my people skills to achieve expected metrics and exceed them in many cases.  That experience and drive to be exceptional in the service I provide is at the core of what I do today.

I am truly English/Spanish bilingual, having been educated in the U.S., and I have lived in Puerto Vallarta for the past fourteen years. I was born in a small town outside of Guadalajara.

Puerto Vallarta is truly a magical city, made more special by the wonderful people in it!  Puerto Vallarta has become a thriving international real estate market, and the opportunity to share this wonderful place with those who are considering becoming international homeowners is truly an amazing feeling.  I look forward every day to meeting new and interesting people in this line of work, and share in their excitement.
