Once the decision was made on which property to buy, John was there every step of the way, making a daunting task (the purchase of a property in a foreign land) easy, understandable, and comfortable. And with the very able help of his assistant, John was able to provide a turn-key “concierge” service like I have never experienced, so that telephone, internet, TV satellite, etc. were all in place and functioning; he even helped me set up my bank account! This was truly a “hands on” experience, making the transition to Puerto Vallarta easy and painless.
