I have had dealings with Michael Green for at least 9 years. He sold me my first condo in pvr and i was extremely happy since I had bought it in 2 days and he knew exactly what i was looking for., he than sold this unit and told me about a condo that was going to be built. I was at first hesitant since this was pre-construction in another country. Words cannot express how happy i was, since he helped me pick the units’ location. He told me the pros and cons of units i was looking at in this building. I have now purchased another unit in same building using michael, as i know he has my best interests and his wife ana is superb. She has helped me navigate with the utiities and many other things. Michael & ana are my “go to realtors” and anyone who has used them or will be using them will know exactly what i mean.
