About me
Get to know Chris
I was born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, and I feel incredibly fortunate to call this place home. I've watched Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit grow and evolve over the years, to become one of the best destinations worldwide to live in and invest in.
However, what makes this area special to me goes far beyond real estate. It's where I grew up, my home, and a place I truly love. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is sharing that with others and helping new residents discover this place and call it home, too.
My approach to real estate is shaped by my background in both finance and development. I studied Finance at Tecnológico de Monterrey and later specialized in Real Estate Development through the same university.
Before joining Boardwalk Realty, I spent more than three years with a real estate development company as Director of New Projects. There, I worked across residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments, gaining hands-on experience in everything from financial analysis and feasibility to land acquisition, permitting, development budgets, and negotiations with property owners, investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
That experience allows me to look at real estate from different angles. Whether it's finding a home, evaluating an investment, acquiring a hotel or commercial property, or understanding the potential of a piece of land, I can help my clients see beyond the property itself and understand the opportunities and challenges behind it.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to share my knowledge of the place I call home, give my clients honest and thoughtful advice, and help them make decisions they feel confident about both in the short and long term.
