Miriam Guillén is a proud Puerto Vallarta native with an authentic connection to the lifestyle, communities, and opportunities that make Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit such special places to live and invest.

With a background in Industrial Design, Miriam brings creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking to her work in real estate. Her experience working with both Mexican and international clients has shaped a personalized approach built on honesty, transparency, and clear communication, helping her clients feel informed and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

For Miriam, real estate is about much more than a transaction. She enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their goals, and helping them find a property that truly fits their lifestyle—whether they are looking for a full-time home, a vacation property, or an investment in Mexico.

Born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Miriam loves sharing the place she calls home with others. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, photography, spending time at the beach, and discovering new restaurants and hidden gems around the Bay. She also gives back to her community by volunteering with a local organization that supports children with Down syndrome.

Her goal is to make every client feel they have a trusted local by their side—someone who knows, lives, and genuinely loves this region.
