Punta Perula is a fishing village located in Costalegre, Jalisco; it offers beautiful natural landscapes and beaches with gentle surf, shallow and crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming and for water sports. In the surroundings you will find the Bahia de Chamela, which is made up of 11 islands, some with beaches and others that are bird sanctuaries. You will also find Isla Cocinas, which is one of the largest in this area and forms part of a group of 8 islands and 4 islets of the Santuario de Islas de la Bahia de Chamela. On the southeast side there is a small beach where you can land to spend the day or to walk around the island and watch the birds. This charming place is perfect for snorkeling, as it has very calm surf and crystal clear waters.
