Life in 3F happens on the terrace. The living room opens completely onto it, facing the bay, with no step or wall in between. The condo is sold fully furnished and equipped, with the same finishes the developer used throughout the building, including Parota wood doors. You won't need to put another peso into it before moving in or renting it out.The HOA includes airport transportation and use of the building's sport boat, set up for wakeboarding. Each owner can book it once a month and only pays for fuel. The service room with full bath and laundry is hard to find in condos around Banderas Bay. It gives you space for live-in help without giving up a guest room, and each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom.
