We truly can not say enough good things about, our amazing Agent, Carlos Aranda!After initially working with two other Real Estate Agents in the Vallarta area, we were left disappointed and frustrated by the results for various reasons.  Some agents were uncommunicative or deceptive, while others were disorganized and unmotivated.However, during our most recent search, we were introduced to Carlos Aranda at Boardwalk Realty PV.  From the very first moments after initiating the conversation, we knew that we were finally in the right hands.  Carlos immediately put us at ease with his organization and attention to detail.  Even with an unfortunately tight schedule on our recent visit, he still managed to arrange our marathon request for showings (12 properties) and dedicated an entire day of his busy calendar to us.  Carlos went ABOVE AND BEYOND by hustling throughout the showing day to add an additional home that had just become available, because he knew that we were very curious about the property.Somehow, that last property turned out to be “the one.”  Carlos guided us through the entire buying process with top-level professionalism and consistently provided expert advice. He even arranged a second visit and video tour after we had left Puerto Vallarta, so that we were able to ask additional questions and have an opportunity to review details of the home one last time before making the offer.Unfortunately, the home that we purchased has revealed several issues since we have taken ownership…but again, Carlos has been in constant contact. He has actively reached out to offer help, guidance and anything in his power to get us through our troubles.  He even called the gas and internet companies to set up services for us when we were unable to navigate the process and complete it ourselves.We loved the experience of working with Carlos so much, that we have now spent time with him (and his wonderful wife) outside of work and we consider them our friends.  We also trust them both implicitly look forward to working with them on projects in the future.Also worth mentioning, in addition to speaking perfect English (if that is your preferred language?), Carlos helped us to translate documents into Spanish that we needed after the sale had closed.  He’s a man of many talents!We also additionally want to callout the rest of the closing team at Boardwalk (Gabriela, Luz, and Santiago), who guided us through the post-offer and closing processes.The entire purchasing experience was about as smooth as it could have been, and we would HIGHLY recommend the services of Carlos Aranda and Boardwalk Realty PV to anyone looking to buy a home in the Vallarta area!!Carlos is an absolute ALL-STAR, and Boardwalk Realty is very lucky to have him!

Boardwalk is 100% professional from start to finish. My property just north of Punta Mita falls outside of the normal American and Canadian tourist zones but Aimee J and Christina L never wavered from their belief that they would find a Buyer and close the deal. Aimee must have driven out there 20 times in the few months from listing to closing. And put her magic touch on managing my typically American expectations with that of the Mexican national Buyers. I don’t think we would have closed without her involvement. Christina L made a beautiful video for the listing and she was there for us every time something “big” came up. I had the privilege of meeting and working with Aimee Jewel from Boardwalk Realty PV for the first time in the Spring of 2022. My brother and I were looking at investing in rental properties and were relatively new to the area, properties and real estate in Mexico. Aimee was so easy to get to know and trust as well as extremely knowledgeable in these areas. We had an amazing week long property hunting trip looking at a very diverse line up of properties in very diverse different communities. In the end, we didn’t pull the trigger on any properties.
